Agnès KUBIAK

Co-founder and creative director

 

 

 

Agnès Kubiak observes and analyses the changes that take place in our societies and focuses on the translation of those evolutions into creative directions and design concepts for lifestyle industries.

After graduating from the “Ecole supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperré” in fashion and architecture, Agnès gained several years of experience in trend prediction through trend books and trade fair exhibitions (Première Vision, Heimtextil and PURE London) and trend agencies (Nelly Rodi & Peclers Paris).


 

Genevieve FLAVEN

Co-founder and managing director

 

 

 

Through research, copywriting, training and workshops, Genevieve Flaven helps companies understand how consumer lifestyles and design trends will impact their business and think strategically about what challenges Style-Vision can best help them to address.

A graduate from ESSEC, in Economics and Business Administration, Genevieve has worked as an expert in project management and innovation for major companies such as Hewlett Packard and CSC Peat Marwick.

Geneviève has also a passion for writing. She is the author, director and producer of a ambitious theater project called “99 women” that will be shown in Shanghai on October 9th, 10th and 11th 2015. www.99women.org

Ashlee Meng 

Designer & Project Leader

 

 

 

By understanding the consumer insights of Chinese market and integrating the design concept of European brands, Ashlee brings creative ideas to fashion brands and provides solutions to their design problems. She has deep knowledge of the working process of domestic fashion brands.

Ashlee Meng, graduated from ESMOD Paris, once worked for a pret-a-porter brand in Paris and held a post of head designer for a fast-fashion brand in China.

She speaks Chinese, English and French.


 

Carol Liu

Business Development & Project Leader

 

 

 

With 10 years of experience in the trading business (such as Li & Fung),Carol gained a deep understanding of the marketing, the management of supply chain and the development of new products for a large range of lifestyle industries.

She is graduated from Chongqing Technology and Business University, with a major in science and obtained a certificate in Fashion Marketing and Branding from Condenast center of fashion & design. Carol brings her well rounded experience of consumer markets in China.
